HYGINIST Registration

Request a password for your HYGINIST installation

After starting HYGINIST the login screen displays the “System user” name and prompts you to enter “Your name” (at least 4 characters) and a password. Submit the form below with the System user name as captured by HYGINIST from your computer, the name you want to use (case and space sensitive), and an email address. A password will be sent to that email address.
