Response time commitment

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. Our working week is Monday to Friday; messages received during weekends or Dutch public holidays are answered the next business day.

Because DOHSBase is a small team, the person who replies to your email is typically the one who will help you with the underlying question — there is no tier-one triage layer between you and the domain expert.

Visit us

Our office is located in Echt, Limburg, in the south of the Netherlands, and visits are welcome by appointment. We receive customers, consultancy clients, and research collaborators in person when travel to the region makes sense for you. Please email us at least one week in advance to arrange a date and time.

Echt is approximately 30 minutes by train from Eindhoven and Maastricht, and a short drive from the Dutch-German border. The office is not staffed for walk-in visits — appointments only.
