you lost your licence name and Licence code, or do you ant to change your
licence information? Q: How do I check if the installation of the update was completed correctly? A: In some cases the installation of the update does not work correctly. The old database is not replaced by the new one. You can easily check is the update is performed correctly. In the heading of the program (the blue bar at the top of the DOHSBase-window) occurs: 'DOHSBase Compare 0#-0#'. If you read an older number than what is mentioned on the update CD, then the update is not installed correctly. Now what to do? Uninstall DOHSBase completely from your system using the official Windows procedure (click on 'Start', 'Control Panel', 'Add or Remove Programs', search for 'DOHSBase' in de list of currently installed programs, click on 'Remove', and follow the instructions), and reinstall the program from the CD-ROM using the official Licence name and Licence code . top
