TERMS OF DELIVERY
Terms of delivery DOHSBase Compare

DOHSBase Compare is build to be executed on a network. It is distributed to users as a so called “Named Use” licentie agreement . This means that for every individual user a lincence should be requested.

To be eligable for a network contract one hould furfil the following requirements:
- Dohsbase v.o.f. delivers one program; Individual installation is the responsibility of the subscriber.
- On request the subscriber must provide a list of users.
- DOHSBase v.o.f. preserves the right to control if sufficient licences are presented. This right can be delegated to an agency that performs Software controls for others, or to an other neutral instantce.
- If the subscriber fails to buy the correct number of licences, DOHSBase v.o.f has the right to invoice for the lacking number of licences as full stand-alone licences from the moment of first buy with the maximum of three full subscription years.
- In addition DOHSBase can charge for all additional costs.
- A licencee is authorised to use an extra copie of the program for use at home or on a laptop that is registered on his name.
- If DOHSBase Compare is used on a stand-alone PC, one standard lincence is shipped.

Subscription
DOHSBase Compare wordt aangeboden in de vorm van een jaarabonnement. Dit abonnementsjaar gaat in in de maand van eerste facturering.

DOHSBase VOF hanteert een betalingstermijn van 30 dagen netto.

Het abonnement is op firmanaam en is niet overdraagbaar .


Verlenging/Opzegging abonnement
Het abonnement wordt jaarlijks stilzwijgend verlengd. Eventuele opzegging van DOHSBase Compare dient ten minste een maand voor afloop van het abonnementsjaar te geschieden. 


Copyrights Print/Internet e.a.
Het is niet toegestaan om enig onderdeel van DOHSBase Compare over te nemen met de bedoeling om deze op welke wijze dan ook via gedrukte of elektronische media beschikbaar te stellen aan derden. Hiervoor dient expliciet toestemming door de uitgever te zijn verleend. Een uitzondering hierop zijn prints gemaakt ten behoeve van Arbeidshygiënisch onderzoek door de gebruiker. 

Gebruik maken van onderdelen van de Website van DOHSBase v.o.f. is alleen toegestaan indien er aan actieve link naar de website http://www.dohsbase.nl te vinden is op de betreffende site en indien de content eigenaar, zijnde DOHSBase VOF, expliciet is vermeld als uitgever/copyright holder.
