| Terms of delivery DOHSBase Compare | |

DOHSBase Compare is build to be executed on a network. It is distributed to users as a so called “Named Use” licentie agreement . This means that for every individual user a lincence should be requested. To be eligable for a network contract one hould furfil the following requirements: |

Dohsbase v.o.f. delivers one program; Individual installation is the responsibility
of the subscriber. |

On request the subscriber must provide a list of users. |

DOHSBase v.o.f. preserves the right to control if sufficient licences are presented.
This right can be delegated to an agency that performs Software controls for others, or to
an other neutral instantce. |

If the subscriber fails to buy the correct number of licences, DOHSBase v.o.f has the right to invoice for the lacking number of licences as full stand-alone licences from the moment of first buy with the maximum of three full subscription years. |

In addition DOHSBase can charge for all additional costs. |

A licencee is authorised to use an extra copie of the program for use at
home or on a laptop that is registered on his name. |

If DOHSBase Compare is used on a stand-alone PC, one standard lincence is shipped. |
